[00:00:01] So yeah, when I have a thought I gotta let it out It's a bright spot that I can't even doubt my opinions, my point of view Even if things are a little tripped and sweet so yeah even if you disagree so yeah even if I'm not in your pedagree so yeah especially if you agree so, so, so, so yeah. [00:00:39] Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever and whenever you're listening to it. Welcome to the so yes podcast. Oh, I said so yes. [00:00:53] So yeah, addendum. [00:00:56] Welcome to the podcast. Thanks for being here, wherever you're listening, watching, consuming the content. [00:01:01] You know, I appreciate your viewership, however small, however big, however hateful it's intended. [00:01:08] I was thinking the other day that like, you know, pain is a natural point of life, a natural experience for a human being and for mammals, whatever. Pain is necessary for life. I really do believe that. And it doesn't mean that you can't. You have to stay in pain or like fester in that pain. But it's a part of life. Yes. You can't avoid pain. What I will not do in this life and what I will never do is suffer. [00:01:44] I truly believe that suffering is just not in my. [00:01:50] My role of DEXA feelings. I just choose to not feel that way. I feel like sometimes suffering is self inflicted and it's a way to torture yourself. And I'm not here to torture myself. [00:02:03] No. Any more than I already do. [00:02:05] No. Suffer. [00:02:08] No. Actually, let's look up the definition of suffer in the Webster dictionary. Suffering is the conscious endurance of physical, mental and emotional distress. [00:02:23] No. [00:02:25] No, I don't want to do it. I never want to experience suffering. And I guess like, again, pain is. I believe pain and suffering are separate entities. They're underneath the same umbrella, but I don't think that they are the same thing. I think pain is what happens to you and suffering is how you cope with it. [00:02:48] Wait, gag. Is that like a TED Talk? Because like, I kind of ate with that one. [00:02:55] Okay. Something that's like way lighter than suffering and pain. [00:03:01] This is an open forum to people who have thousands upon thousands of notifications, whether that's text message notifications, email notifications, call notifications. [00:03:16] You need help. [00:03:20] I believe that you should not have more than 10 notifications at any time. [00:03:29] Of course, sometimes you need notifications like, oh, I need to go back and revert back to this one email, this one text message. [00:03:35] Okay. But if you live in a world, if you live in a world where you have 1,932 unread emails, lock her up. Lock her up. What is wrong with you? Like, honestly, like you have to look at them or just like honestly blow up your email and then start over. [00:03:58] I actually think that there might be something wrong with people who don't check their emails. And I know it's like it's like half of the population and I believe as somebody who sees one notification and. And I break down the hives if I can't answer it right away. Especially because I got the gentle lady email on my email thing. And when there's an email in there that Kylie hasn't checked in days, I fume. I am on fire. [00:04:24] And I hate it. [00:04:27] I need no notifications. It actually makes me seethe when I see too many notifications that are unanswered. [00:04:38] Maybe I'm the problem. I don't know. [00:04:40] Just like a, like a fair amount of ocd, I think. Like that's a good amount. No. Yes. [00:04:47] Maybe two fan favorites are back. Honey Pepper, Pimento, Pineapple dragon fruit. They're back. They're so packed. [00:05:02] Pineapple, dragon fruit. Bringing that pineapple, bringing that flavor back. [00:05:15] Which favorite will you choose? [00:05:23] Currently. [00:05:27] This part of the podcast is called Currently and it's everything that I am currently reading, watching and listening to. So I know that I said I a couple episodes ago that I started to read Beauty Land and I stopped because I just started getting a reading reading grit again and I just needed to pivot. So I decided to start reading the third book in the Game Changer Changers. [00:05:55] Whoa. [00:05:57] I read. I'm read. Whoa. Okay. [00:06:02] I am reading the third book in the Game Changers series, Heated Rivalry. And the third book is called Tough Guy. And I really just started. I just needed something that I could like chomp through. I just need to get again back in my flow and Beauty Land was just a little bit too mystical worldy and I just needed some like hot gay men having sex. [00:06:27] What a girl wants, what a girl needs. [00:06:31] It's that bump a knot. [00:06:37] As for what I'm watching, it's. I've seen it in the past before but it's been a long time and it's been on my to be watch list for a while and I watched this past weekend. It's best in show and if you've never seen it, it's comedy heavy hitters. You got Catherine o', Hara, Eugene Levy, Jane Lynch. There's so many people that are in this movie and it's so funny. It's not like all type of funny, but it is smart, funny and I love Just witnessing that. And so basically, best in show is about this dog show and about their trainers and the dogs that they train. And it is so funny. And it's almost all improvised, which is insane. And just shows you the wide knowledge that most of these comedians have and how they could just act, operate being that character. And it is so funny if you've never seen it. Best in show, it's on Tubalicious, which I also saw my commercial on a 2B commercial. So I'm living. [00:07:51] Yes. [00:07:54] As for what I'm listening to, but of Cures, I am bumping, and I mean bumping Madonna's new album, Confessions 2. It is so good. And I understand, I understand. Am I a little bit biased now about Madonna? Yeah, I am. Because she's amazing. She's the best pop star that's ever been made ever. [00:08:17] And she created pop culture. So she's coming out with. She came out with Confessions too. And I still haven't gotten the Confessions on a dance floor yet in my deep dive discography. So that's. We're getting there. But I obviously decided to listen because I'm like, oh my God, like Madonna's having a resurgence and I'm listening to Madonna. Maybe this is perfect for everything. And it is, it is such a good album. I am dancing, I am shaking ass. I'm like low key, like getting teary eyed in the club, which is something that I love. You know, Crying in the club is like my, that's my musical taste. I love it and it's so good. And when you think about it, you're like, damn, she's 67 years old. [00:09:07] She's 67 years old. She's older than my parents and she's came out with a dance album. [00:09:15] Yeah, yeah. And I think that like the, the thing that Madonna has always done consistently is never follow the status quo, which is the biggest inspiration of her journey to me is that they said, go left. She said, you know what? I'm gonna do a front flip, back walk over. [00:09:35] They're like, oh, we just wanted you to go left. She was like, I'm actually never going to do left ever again. [00:09:41] And, you know, I think that people have been so mean to Madonna over the years, especially as she's aged. Like, oh, she's so old. You got rapid. [00:09:52] You honestly let anybody do whatever they want. Who made anyone the judge of how people age. [00:10:00] I think that we're going to notice that more as millennials age that we're going to be like 45 old. I'm not old. I'm just getting started. And if you think about it, if they think that the median age is 85 years old, 45, I'm just. I've just passed the halfway mark. [00:10:19] So, no, 67 is not old. And also, even if it were, who gives a fuck? Let the woman do whatever she wants. But anyway, the songs on the album that are like my heavy hitters, Love Sensation is the song that I've been stimming since it became a single. All the singles are great. And one thing that I will say that Madonna does really, really well is she always picks the right singles to come out with. [00:10:46] As I'm listening to all of her music, I've noticed that she picks the right singles to come out from every album. [00:10:54] So Love Sensation is one of my hits. School dancer, Terra Terrier dance Sateria like cafeteria dance a terrier that one step away. I honestly, I like all of them, except, like, some of the ballads. I mean, you know me. Balance just aren't my jam. I'm not gonna attire can't change her stripes, you know what I mean? So those are my. My heavy hitter songs off the album. It's so good. I really been bumping not dead ass. [00:11:31] Thank you so much for listening this to this week's podcast. Wherever you're listening, watching, consuming it, you know, I love it. [00:11:38] Yeah. [00:11:40] And without further ado, I'll catch you next week. [00:11:44] So, yeah,
