[00:00:01] So yeah, when I have a thought I gotta let it out It's a bright spot that I can't even doubt my opinions, my point of view Even if things are a little tripped and sweet so, yeah, even if you disagree so, yeah, Even if I'm not in your pedagree so yeah especially if you agree.
[00:00:33] So yeah.
[00:00:40] Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever and whenever you're listening to it. Welcome to the so yeah podcast with your girl, Caroline M. Zoina.
[00:00:55] I feel like for the past couple weeks, I've had, like, really intense things to talk about, especially with like, Coachella and like, that, but kind of going off of that.
[00:01:09] Concert tickets. All right, Ticketmaster, Live Nation. We need to have a chat right now because. What the are you talking about? Okay, Like, I. I love seeing music. I think that everybody should be able to have access to see their favorite musicians. Okay, so why are you making it so difficult now? I think within, like this year or the last, like, calendar or last or whatever, you have to start including the taxes and the fees into the ticket amount. Why are taxes and fees so expensive?
[00:01:45] Riddle me that.
[00:01:47] What do you mean? Electronic transfer that. You made that up.
[00:01:51] You made that up.
[00:01:54] So just remove it. More people would buy the tickets.
[00:01:58] If you will stop doing all this. And like, oh, well, yeah, it's actually like, it is sold out.
[00:02:06] You're pissing me off. You're pissing everybody off. I think that we all need to go back to artists. If you're listening. We need to go back to going to the box office to get a ticket or even just like you do your own ticketing through your website. I don't know what interface that requires or what. What you need to do that. But, like, we gotta figure out something else, babes. Also, with artists doing surge pricing or dynamic pricing, you literally you, right?
[00:02:39] Your fans are the people that support you and you want to them over. You know how you a fan over in the right way is at the merch table. Okay, I see a lot of people charging 120 for a gilded sweatshirt.
[00:02:53] You crazy. But at the same time, okay, merch is something that's like, extracurricular, you know what I mean?
[00:03:02] The tickets, though, those are for the fans.
[00:03:04] What about the fans?
[00:03:07] What are you gonna do for the fans?
[00:03:10] What have you done for me lately?
[00:03:12] What?
[00:03:14] I'm so tired of concert pricing. And it just like, really deters me from going to see a lot of concerts. And I'm. I'm lucky. I'm blast that I do see a lot of concerts. Faux free.
[00:03:27] But if I didn't, I would barely see concerts, and seeing concerts is one of my birthrights. You know, like how some of the Jewish kids used to go to Israel for their birthright. Like, my birthright is a concert. Okay? The Greek Theater in Los Angeles hates to see me coming. And guess what?
[00:03:45] Open the gates. I'm ready. I'm ready to be there. I love concerts.
[00:03:51] You, Ticketmaster and Live Nation for your dynamic pricing and your ridiculous fees to jail. Thank you.
[00:04:00] This is a random thought that I've been having, but my podcast, so I'm gonna bring it up.
[00:04:06] I'm kind of over.
[00:04:08] I love. I love a workout class. Don't get it twisted. I love a workout class. I understand in the our good old year of 2026, we need to get bodies in the room. Bodies hit the floor. When the bodies hit the floor, we need that. Okay, well, I'm kind of over in the trend of workout classes and workout studios in particular, aesthetic studios.
[00:04:33] I don't want to work out in a beige room.
[00:04:36] I also, like, don't care. Like, literally, I. All I need is four walls and a great instructor. Let's put our focus on the instructors and the actual class curriculum rather than, like, this cool LED light.
[00:04:54] I'm tired of that. I think it is actually even tackier when it's, like, all, like, beige tone. I look like I'm in dune with the color palette. Like, I. I don't need. I don't need that. I also don't need bl.
[00:05:08] Red lighting in the room that sends me into fight or flight. If the color in the room is a bright red, I feel demonic. I think that some Satan's gonna come out from the back and yell at me for being fat. I'm tired of it. Okay, let's just go back to bare bones. Great workout, great instructors. We're focusing on the wrong thing again. I understand that aesthetically, you need people to post that you were in the studio.
[00:05:38] Oh, we're focusing on the wrong things.
[00:05:44] Thank you.
[00:05:54] This part of the podcast is called Currently, and it's everything that I am currently reading, watching, and listening to. I'm still in a reading sl.
[00:06:07] I'm still in a reading Islam.
[00:06:09] So I'm really. I'm. I'm trying. I'm trying, and it's just unsuccessful. I've been too busy, and I'm not prioritizing it. So omitted.
[00:06:19] Next.
[00:06:22] As for what I'm listening to, I've been. I've. I've been keeping my finger on her Pulse. Okay. Because I watched Pop Star Academy on Netflix where they get the group Cat's Eye from. And while watching it, there's this girl that went through the program. Her name is Adela. And basically in the show, they told her, you are too much of a soloist. You're not going to go well in a group. I will say hype 8 with that, because Adela is a soloist. She came out with. I don't know if. I don't know if it's technically an album or it was an ep. She came out with an EP last year. And, like, it was starting to get there for me. Sonically, I don't think it's fully there, but again, she's still trying to figure out, like, her vibe. I do think some songs are good. Are they all. All great? No, they're not. Okay. But she's got a vision. I love that she's rocking the pink hair. Love it.
[00:07:19] She is currently the opener for Demi Lovato. Also, why is her show better than Demi Lovato's show? I've seen clips. I'm like, I would pay money just to see Adela anyway.
[00:07:38] But in her show, Robbie Blue choreographed it.
[00:07:43] But she's like a trained dancer. She's from East Eastern Europe, and she has, like, a lot of, like, this ballet training. She has this moment with the bar. She's in pointe shoes. And sometimes I know as dancers were like a pop star. Once again, pointe shoes. Here we go. They're not gonna be on their goddamn box. And I'm gonna have to look at it. She's on her box and, baby, she is clanked. The leg is up the feet, the feet, they look like cashews. And I'm living for it.
[00:08:12] Anyway, she came out with this song recently, over the past month called kgb. And this is the song that she's been needing.
[00:08:23] Could call me the cake G.
[00:08:25] Obviously, I sound just like her, but it's so good. I'm living. I'm really excited for, like, this next era of hers, and I think that.
[00:08:36] I think it's going to be really good. The music video is also Sir Cunt giving visuals. If you make a music video, we need world building. I need to see it. I need to see it all.
[00:08:53] I need to make sense. And, baby, it made so much sense.
[00:08:58] I was living so put. If she's not already on your radar, put Adela on your radar. She is gonna be maintaining Pop princess soon to get ahead of the curve, so. Yeah, exactly.
[00:09:17] And as for what I'm watching, there's been like, so many things in the theaters that I've, like, wanted to see. And I don't know, you know, why I prioritized this movie in particular to see it, but I did the movie Yumi in Tuscany with Rege John Paige from Bridgerton and then Halle Bailey of Chloe and Halle.
[00:09:36] And here's the thing. I was like, you know, I'm going to go back to the theater. I'm going to support rom coms in theatrical releases. Yes, It was not good.
[00:09:52] And like, you know, as an avid listener, I love bad good. I love good bad. I don't love bad bad.
[00:10:02] There is a difference there for me. Like, the lighting was giving very, like, Netflix lighting is like. It just so feels so flat. It's too bright. We need to have a little bit of balance of color. I'm not a lighting director and I can tell when things are not correct. And it was not correct. Also, like, the acting was just, like, not good.
[00:10:26] Like, not good. It had like a. It had hope for me. I had hope for it, and I was not living. And I. I'm a rom com queen and I. I would not re watch the movie, which that's how you know it was bad. Because again, if it's something 3.5, I'm living for 3.5 out of 5 stars.
[00:10:46] I did give it a 2 on my letterbox.
[00:10:51] Not good. Not good at all.
[00:10:56] Well, that was today's podcast. Today's episode.
[00:11:00] If you've listened to. If you made this far, thank you so being here. And again, I'm going to keep pouring myself out for advertisements or even exchanges. I love that.
[00:11:13] Nails, haircuts, facials.
[00:11:18] If you have a business and you want to promote on the podcast for a service, baby, surface me down.
[00:11:28] All right? Till next time.
[00:11:31] So.
